Eye Testing

At Berwick Optical, our experienced optometrists and dispensing team are dedicated to meeting your visual needs with a comprehensive range of services for all ages. 

We offer thorough eye exams that include OCT, retinal photography, visual field testing, and personalized contact lens fittings, all in a wheelchair-accessible facility. 

Eligible Medicare cardholders can enjoy bulk-billed eye tests, which encompass a full health check, while OCT scans, photography and contact lens appointments incur an out-of-pocket fee, discussed during your visit.

Spectacle Fitting

At Berwick Optical Centre we fit all our spectacle on site with the ability of same day spectacle service for most single vision prescriptions.

Specialty eye-wear is also available including; Dive mask's, Swimming Goggles, Sports Goggles, Safety Eye-wear, Snow/MX Goggle RX Adapter's.

Repairs

Most repairs can be done on site including screw and nose pad replacements, ultra-sonic cleaning, spring hinge replacement and most welds - repainting coming soon!

We have a wide range of repair parts and also have hypo-allergenic and specialty nose pads.

We can also custom fit nose pads to your favourite plastic frames.

Scratched your favourite pair of designer sunglasses? Don't worry, these can usually be replaced. Drop them in store for us to access if they can be fixed. Touch up painting is also available.

Contact Lenses

Interested in getting contact lenses but not sure where to start?
Come in for a contact lens fitting to get the right power and fit for you, we can then teach you how to insert/remove and care for the contacts.
